RETURN POLICY
Proof of purchase is required for all refunds, returns, and exchanges.
All items must be in new condition, with original packaging, unused warranty cards, all accessories, and UPC codes must be on the manufacturer's box.
We accept the return of most merchandise within 30 days from the date of your purchase. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days for: headsets, transceivers, GPS units (Jeppesen update certificates that have not been activated), electronics, electronic flight bags, computers. We do not accept refunds under any conditions for: opened software, opened DVDs or videos, life rafts or life vests, all charts and publications, and any dated materials. We do not accept returns after 30 days.
- We only accept returns on full priced items. Discounted, sale and or clearance items are not returnable.
- Custom Order items are not returnable.
- In order to return an item, it must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
- Choosing the return shipping carrier and shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for items we do not receive.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the above eligibilities
Return Process:
- To complete your return, send an email to bps@banyanair.com. Please indicate your reason for return.

Ship the items to: PILOT SHOP, 5320 NW 20th Terrace, Ft. Lauderdale, FL, 33309.
- If exchange is desired, include a note inside with name and size of the replacement product.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that your refund is being process or we will ship your new item right away.

Your refund or credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 days of receipt.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you paid using installments, we cannot refund you the total amount of the product, we can only refund you for the installment payment that has been made.
