- Customization may involve time for engraving, printing, or other personalization services. We will work diligently to ensure your customized item is crafted to perfection.
- After customization, your order will be shipped according to the standard delivery times (see section below).

- Standard Shipping: The cost of standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the items.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within South Florida.
- Expedited Shipping: If you need faster delivery, expedited shipping options are available. The cost will be calculated at checkout.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 2-10 business days depending on your location.
- Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives within 2-3 business days.
- Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather delays, or holidays).
5. Shipping Methods
- We use USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to deliver orders. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships, so you can monitor its progress.
6. International Shipping
- We offer international shipping to the Bahamas.
- International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location.
- Please be aware that customs fees, import duties, and taxes are not included in the shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges may be levied by your local customs authority upon delivery.
